Who is Lozen ?

My name is Lozen Ime. I am an Intuitive Wellness Coach and have been for the past 4 years. I have been an Intuitive and an empath all my life. These abilities help me connect to the parts of people that most aren’t aware of or are unable to see. The parts most people hide deep down out of fear of being seen. 

My name was bestowed upon me by my grandmother. I wear it with pride. My healing journey began in 2020 when I found myself at complete despair. 

I found myself surrounded in a cloud of darkness. Unable to find my way out. Each exit was blocked. I was suffocating. Barely keeping myself afloat. 

It’s so easy for us as people to put on a façade. To pretend everything is perfect. To create the perfect image so as to stop people from looking to closely to see the cracks. 

However, I began to crack. I found myself at my lowest that year. In school for massage therapy on my way to class I was in a car accident and I knew something had to give. I realized I was being forced to sit with myself. To no longer run from who I was. Forced to face the discomfort that lay inside. That’s when things began to shift for me. 

Being force to shine light on my darkness. Being forced to face myself. To embrace the parts of myself I didn’t want anyone to see. Not even me. I began to embark on the journey that is the intentional walk of life. 

I live to love. To love myself and others. I was once ashamed of how much love I had in my heart I suppressed it. I had pain, hurt, guilt and shame in my heart that all needed to be loved by me. For me see, hear and validate myself. 

I now love to live. I love to wake up everyday. I am grateful for each day. I have never been happier in life. I have found passion, freedom, joy, peace and most of all. Unconditional love for me. 

That is where Lozen Wellness stems from. Everything I learn I pass it on to you so you can learn to and that brings me joy. My mission to to help as many people have lighter days than they have dark. To help them at whatever phase of their journey to bring them closer to the light. That is my life’s journey to live, love and learn.
